In the practice of Wine pairing we are upending the old schoolers and breaking away from the dull and weary ways with the addition of new wine blends involving fruit (for the umami) and catalytic wines for the newly discovered Kokumi effect.
These ingredients are then masterfully crafted together by our team chef and sommelier to create a sensory match to each dish you enjoy!
